His experience in managing multiple roles such as finance, accounting, capital formation, legal, HR, and M&A supports Great American’s current growth plan. He has served as CFO of companies including Urgent.ly Inc., Tahzoo, Polymera, Fishbowl, SinglePoint and Wireless Matrix and has raised $125M+ in equity and $85M+ in debt financings. In addition to his past experiences as CFO, he has been involved in investment origination and management through his role as a managing director in a private equity fund specializing in mid-market transactions and foreign investments.
